I recently purchased terrible fate and one of both variants, they arrived completely dented and i was so disappointed, I messaged respawned and they replied fast! not only that they sent me two replacements one for each variant! thank you so much customer service was amazing to fix my situation flawlessly and quickly! also quality of the music is crisp and clear as always

I can't recommend Respawned Records enough for not only the one of a kind and great sounding records, but also the above and beyond customer service. There were some Covid related delays and hiccups in my order. When I messaged them they were quick to respond and even went beyond fixing any errors. I am not used to such great service! The label owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Solid customer service when dealing with damaged goods, amazing responsiveness, consistently released pressings and repressings for those that missed old stock, and a genuine love for video game music. I couldn't be happier with my copy of Twilight. I highly recommend you all check it out, as well as the just-released Banjo Skazooie! Super solid mixes from a super solid label!

My introduction to this label was TWILIGHT. When I received the vinyl it had a scratch on it. I contacted Respawn via Instagram about it and was responded with amazing customer service. I had a replacement sent to me the very next day. I have purchased a few releases from them since and boi oh boi are they amazing. I've always been a sucker for a good gatefold and their Vexx and Plok gatefolds are immaculate. There is a lot going on with this label and its wild. They go from original osts ALL THE WAY OVER to ska band covers of our childhood favorites. I love being a supporter of this label and very much look forward to all future releases.
